Because I can imagine right now, if you're listening to this and you're a team of one and you're like, okay, I've been desperate to hire these three roles.
I have an org chart, but I have not quite the infrastructure, not quite the revenue to be able to hire these people.
I'm going to go and train and I'm going to create three roles.
you know, three team members, you then have to figure out how you're going to utilize them.
You've then got to like be able to call on them when you need them.
How much of that can be automated so that you are literally working as if, you know, you come in the office at nine in the morning, you say hello to everybody in your office and go off to the races.

So talk to me just a little bit about like an onboarding process, because this is something that I am absolutely like militant about.
Because when you come into one of our companies, we spend a long time integrating you into the culture.
showing you what the product is, talking about mission, vision, values, making sure, you know, there's even like a buddy system where somebody for a month is going to look after you to make sure that you get in, you know how all of the systems work, you have somebody that you're going to lunch with, you know, all of the things.
Inevitably, in all companies, there are problems down the road.
