Because you've become so much more productive and so much more able to service your clients through the use of AI.

I know in my own businesses, we've been very, very clear about like, let's say the use of AI models.
That's not something that we're taking advantage of right now, despite it being easier, more cost efficient, better from a time point of view.

My point of view is,
everything in business is better when you put the decision-making through the lens of what is best for the customer.
And so if you're always ultimately in service of your customers, you're going to make the best decisions for your business.
And I actually think even as you think about AI, that's a really kind of safe way to start thinking, okay, what should we do and what shouldn't we do?
So give it to me, like, as you said something, you know, that blows my mind right now, because I can never imagine not writing my own emails.
