And it takes a lot of natural resources and questionable labor practices to manufacture fabric.
So you can source all your fabric secondhand from thrift stores, yard sales, free on internet marketplaces.
And they say this includes batting.
Like thin cotton blankets work great as batting.
Same for sourcing a sewing machine.
