Your average person doesn't have a clue who I am because it's so far away.
They don't even know what Newfoundland is half the time.
Because the country's ginormous, you know, and they have their own shit to do.
So they have their own stuff.
So it's kind of a miracle that we have any industry at all.
It's kind of where I come down to.
And I never, I was never against moving away.
I just didn't have to, you know?
So I was working in Toronto, working in theater across the country.
And then I got to do some stuff where I didn't have to leave.
I would have loved to have split myself in a couple of different lives where I went and did theater.
I almost did that in my 20s.
Pursued classical theater.
