And this is solidifying and shrining in the Southern Baptist constitution that women cannot hold the office or function of pastor.
So this constitutional amendment passed with 74.66% of the vote.
So that is the two thirds vote more than the two thirds vote that is needed to, um,

So it's not done yet.
This constitutional amendment is not going to be ratified because next year, the SBC, the messengers have to vote again.
And if they pass that two thirds threshold again, then this amendment will be enshrined in the SBC constitution.
