Don't just say, I plan to filibuster this.

Make them stand up there.

Make them go through the pain of doing that.

And I think that would be a smart thing to do.

Now,

I will tell you, I've changed my mind on the filibuster, and I know this could hurt us if the Senate changes to Democrat hands in the future.

But I think we ought to get rid of the filibuster.

You know, it's a majority gets you elected.

You ought to be able to get things passed with a majority as well.

I just don't understand that.

So we'll see how it works.

But a minimum, they ought to do the talking filibuster.

It's just senseless that we're not doing that.

But I would encourage you to continue to get in touch with your senators.

Get in touch with your U.S.

senators, especially if you live in a blue state.

Get in touch with them about voting in favor of voter ID.

And make them explain to you why they're against voter ID.

Most every state allows you to, even if you don't have a driver's license, you can get an ID that the state will provide and generally will pay for it for free of cost.

You can get an ID that proves who you are and proves that you're a citizen eligible to vote.
