And when incentives, I mean, that's like tax abatements, meaning they don't have to pay tax for a certain period of time, or they may even give them some type of grant, or maybe they give them a lower electricity cost, something like that.

And I think you have to hold their feet to the fire.

States and other companies usually build the infrastructure and they just plug into that.
There are some some tests going on out there to maybe have the small power plants at these data centers.
