willing to share who they are and what they're going through and willing to go to therapy now and talk about it or reach out to their friends and check on them in a different kind of capacity now. I can't tell you how many support groups I've now known of friends that... I've had friends for years that are men that came to me like, I'm now in like a little social group and they meet once a week and they just talk about their emotions.

In Utah, I have one of my best friends. He now goes to a support group of men and they do sound baths every month. And it's just a place for them to go to meet up with other people that are maybe having a hard day and they do healing journeys together now through healthy mechanisms. And, you know, I've had so many letters of people saying that they opened up to their wives for the first time.
