It is now my understanding that the man who died died

I think the Spanish authorities originally reported he was 54, not wearing a seatbelt.

I now understand from my own contacts and sources, he was actually a 66-year-old retired man.

I think he was from the north of England.

He was traveling in a car with his wife and another couple, and he was wearing a seatbelt.

It's said that there's pictures of, if you've ever been in a car crash, you know you get a big bruise from where the seatbelt is.

And so there's another investigation into that albeit that is a charge of I think it's sort of like what we would call death by dangerous driving I think it's then it's called you know manslaughter by careless driving or something like that so she's now again under separate investigation for that as well so that is she's under three different investigations and he's under one.

Was he in the car with her?

There are rumours that police received a number of reports prior to this from members of the public who were concerned about the driving of the BMW.
