It is a really comprehensive report compiled by Dr. Jan Millia.

And it is, I've been doing this a long time.

I've covered many public inquiries.

I've covered many ombudsman reports.

It is damning.

And I'll give you an example.

What happened today was myself and the other journalists covering this.

I had to be there for nine o'clock.

We were locked in a room with this report and allowed to go through it.

But we weren't allowed to report on it until about half eleven when the justice minister stood up

in the Assembly to deliver its findings in front of the other MLAs.

And while we were in that room, and these are like seasoned journalists in the BBC, from UTV, from the Irish Times, people were saying, usually in this report you go, well, what is the main takeaway?

What is the main line?

What is going to be the main headline out of this?

There is a headline in every three pages of this story.

There is a potential front page story every couple of pages.

It is horrendous.

It is failure after failure after failure.

Kitty was just let down by everyone she came in contact with.

You know, it goes back even further than that, because originally we know that Jonathan Cresswell, Kitty had been living with him and her sister, Christina, who was Cresswell's partner and their children.
