We know they got really good starting pitching.
What, what was you look ahead to the series?
What's, what's the thing that like in the back of your mind is like, oh man, this might be a problem.
I never thought in a million years, because obviously that's a part of why we're doing this collaboration.
We have different perspectives and that's I'm here for that because that's I'm very cynical, I guess, just because of the stupid things I do.
And and then you guys are not.
And so that's why I enjoy it.
But I never thought in a million years that an offense that has Otani, Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman, the list goes on, that I would ever hear anybody say, well, I'm worried about our offense.
That's kind of crazy to me.
It's almost blasphemous if you really sit down and think about it.
Yes.
Um,
So I, in general, with sports, I always expect the worst and hope for the best because there's only so many things you can control, right?
And so like a good example, the other day when Dave didn't go to Roky, everyone was really surprised.
And then the next day he comes out with a definitive statement that it's a, Hey, from now on, Rokey's the guy, like he's going to be the guy in that situation.
And so, so it's one of those things where, where that's also the thing about baseball is, is we can just like that statement I just said, as you hope for the, or, you know, expect the worst hope for the best.
there's a lot of factors that go into it.
And sometimes you kind of have to eat your words a little bit because you're overthinking.
Right.
And so I think it's fair to say that in that moment, Dave was probably overthinking it a little bit.
