Recently, a judge in El Paso ruled that the defense team could take depositions, interview some people who might not have been willing to talk to them before.

The judge said he's anxious to get hearings going in the fall, so he set a deadline to complete those depositions.

As of this writing, the defense team has a little less than 12 weeks.
