And I know a big part of your journey has been around having an undiagnosed illness. And so you're talking from experience and really learning to attune to your body. I know that for people that are going through illness, and especially when it's chronic and undiagnosed, that can be not only isolating, but also really exhausting.

So many beautiful nuggets in that. So it sounds like a direct correlation with your body starting to have more mobility through the acceptance, whether you had mobility or not. Is that what you're saying?

The more I do this podcast and the direct correlation with not only everything being an inside job, but we can't choose if we are walking or not. Some level of that not being up to us, but we can choose how we hold it. We can choose to be compassionate with ourselves regardless.
