Because what I've discovered is ironically, the last place that we would be willing or wanting to go holds the key to our freedom. I call this the paradox of transformation because the very thing we've been avoiding is actually the doorway to what we deeply desire. when we're courageous enough to face the things that we've been afraid of, we free ourselves from the power that it's had over us.

And so in this way, the energy that we've been avoiding as it's welcomed and integrated into our nervous system, it's no longer driving the car unconsciously in our lives, making decisions for our businesses and for the rest of our life.
