And if I were to hear that from a lower state of consciousness, because complaining is a pattern that I were in, I may then hear something like this and then judge myself about the complaining, which is one other layer of complaining, and get stuck in a rabbit hole.

I can be compassionate with myself for learning because maybe they were the youngest and they learned to complain to get what their needs were when they were a kid.
