Where my mind is going is that we're made up of water. Yeah. And this water is an intelligent force with consciousness. And so there's this โ like you can call it telepathic or you can call it beyond whatever we've learned or known to measure that there's this intelligence with all of it. It's all one. It's all essentially back to water. Yeah.

It's like a freeze state. It's like a dysregulated nervous system. And when you're speaking of the belly, it's this safety. Because I watch when I facilitate someone, I watch if their belly is expanding because that is a signal of safety in their nervous system. So I can see how that also ties. Yeah.
