Now, on gender, Trump officially defined sex as male and female. The order requires federal agencies to reflect biological sex, and it bans gender marker changes on passports and IDs. It also aims to block taxpayer-funded gender transition treatments for federal prisoners while increasing privacy protections in women's spaces.
