What we need, I think, to be acutely aware of in the next three years is what does he start not just saying but doing?
Are we willing to go to war with Germany over Poland?
And the question not asked around Washington in all of the palaver is, are we willing to go to war with China over Taiwan?
For example,
Does he make the decision to withdraw US forces from South Korea or substantial numbers from Japan, from Europe?
Yes or no?
And an American president should know that.
He doesn't have to announce it, although Joe Biden did four times.
Does he succumb to the one China interpretation of the Chinese interpretation of one China, which says Taiwan is part of China and so forth?
