I was like, oh Jesus.
But anyway, hopefully I'm a little bit loosened up.
I've been struggling with the sleep because, but I basically, I'm back to work this week.
So Mondays, I'm down to a reduced work week.
So I work Tuesday to Friday.
Mondays, I still go in and I train.
And then Tuesday, I'm- How many hours are you training on a Monday?
Four hours every day.
What do you mean?
Oh, I probably upped the Monday if you're not doing anything else.
Emma, what do you reckon?
I'm just going by what people did when I did Dancing with the Stars and when I did the Strictly Christmas Special.
They say that the minimum we could probably do would be five a day.
You've only got so much gump, gump, no, gazump, I don't know what.
You've only got so much in you to be doing training.
And so basically I do work, I do work, I go to work and then I'm training from half four to half eight every night.
And then it's to half eight, that's our bedtime.
But that's, I come home, I get a glass of water and I go straight up to bed, take my magnesium and get into bed.
That's my life.
