We saw that when Trump forced Netanyahu's hand and decided on the ceasefire with Iran last week.
And we saw that again on Thursday evening when Trump announced that there was going to be a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon.
Now, Netanyahu is still hoping that somehow these negotiations fail and the fighting resumes because there's quite a lot that he still wants to achieve.
