So, It's so important before you go on, whether you're singing or speaking or doing any kind of talking in front of somebody, to center yourself, to breathe, and make sure your exhale is longer than your inhale. And I would do that. Have you heard of square breathing? Yep. So I would do 1, 2, 3, 4, hold 2, 3, 4, out 2, 3, 4, hold 2, 3, 4. So you keep doing that. So you really center yourself.

Hi. I'm Amy. Thanks so much for being here. Today I'm going to be talking about voice. And so if I just took that one moment to connect, that connection is huge. They're going to feel it. You're going to feel it. You're going to feel like you're talking to a person, not just a bunch of people.
