Iran's news agency is reporting that Iran's president says he's ready to end the war with the U.S.
and Israel, but wants security guarantees.
And he's reiterated Iran's demands for ending the war.
Now, they presented those demands, including reparations and recognizing Iran's sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz a week ago.
It isn't clear that they've changed.
That's caused a sharp, rapid decline in oil reverberating across markets with indexes jumping.

WTI down 1.25%, near $101 a barrel.
Brent crude down nearly 3%, near $104 a barrel.
The S&P 500 is up 2.6%.
NASDAQ up 3.5%.
The Dow up 2.2%.
The Russell 2000 index is up now 3.1%.
The 10-year Treasury yield at 4.3 percent and the two-year yield at 3.79 percent.
The Bloomberg Dollar Spot Index is down about a half percent and Bitcoin is up more than 1.7 percent, topping $67,000.
