I just have to say, because it's the way that women help each other constantly is to just like,

break free from the narrative that we are getting everything right as mothers.

It's such a joke, but, but it's really hard.

It's, it's, it's kind of the last frontier.

Constant judgment and pressure and the most coming from within on ourselves.

For sure.

And anytime we share any version of that out loud, or just even in our friend group, like you just feel this feeling that everyone wants to say like...

That's an exhale.

I'm feeling that too.

It's wild how we still do this to ourselves over and over.

I mean, we get it done to us, of course, too, but we do it to ourselves.

There's a siren right there coming to pick us up because we're such bad moms.
