But certainly there is a gaggle of press outside of that Performing Arts Center where she is currently being questioned by members of that committee.

It's Republican-led, but both Republicans and Democrats on that committee.

And she and her husband, who will be testifying tomorrow, former President Bill Clinton, asked that these hearings be open to the public, that there be transparency, that members of the media be invited in.

They wanted this to be public.

They didn't get their wish.

They are being deposed privately.
