You can't do this.
There's so many shenanigans they can play.
They can charge more for American oil tankers, which aren't many.
or they can charge less for the Chinese, their favorites, et cetera.
Pakistan.
Pakistan is beholden to the Strait of Hormuz for their oil.
Taiwan.
Some of these Asian countries get 90% plus of their oil through the Strait of Hormuz.
Why is it our problem?
Why do we care?
Yes, the whole supply chain, but they're not going to leave it closed.
Iran has to rebuild itself by selling oil.
They got to get it to the end and place to the refineries in countries in order to collect payment on that stuff.
I see that that was a nonstarter for me.
