She made plans to drive down to DC right after her four-month ultrasound appointment.

When he came to the baby, he still seemed to have a wall up.

As the day went on, she started to feel better.

So they decided to get takeout and go back to his place.

As the minutes passed, she started doubting what she'd seen at the bottom of her cup.
