Do you love me more or less tonight?
So, yeah, so these guys, suicide mission, two weeks window, do anything to slow down the German advance.
And that includes British Collaborators, but it also includes...
So talk about that two-week window.
It also includes anyone that accidentally found their bunker during the pre-invasion period.
So for example, there's a guy called Ken Welch.
He's still with us.
He's one of the very few who are still alive.
He was 16 when he joined the auxiliary units.
His father was the patrol leader in his town or village of Mabe in Cornwall.
And the first thing that his patrol, as the Germans came into May, the first thing that his patrol would have to do is go up the road and assassinate an elderly couple who overlooked the entrance to their operational base because they saw these guys going in kind of every weekend or during the evenings.
So if stuff started happening, stuff started getting blown up, the Germans would start asking questions.
This elderly couple could very easily say, well, there's something that's going on down there.
These guys keep disappearing down there.
You'd have to assassinate your own... Yeah, so you'd assassinate an elderly couple who were innocent.
They hadn't done anything.
They might not have told the Germans, but you couldn't risk it.
So the first thing they had to do was go up the road and kill this elderly couple.
