In our world, there's all these health gurus or self-improvement gurus where it's like, if you want to be your best self, then you wake up at 4 a.m., you take an ice bath, you get your morning workout in, do your breath work, meditation.
Staying in the sun.
And they talk about it's important to be uncomfortable.
It's like, dude, if you want to be uncomfortable and be your best self, marriage, bro.
That is like every day you're looking at yourself in the mirror and you got someone else.
You're like, all right.
This is uncomfortable.
