Really, really hot races, I have a hard time taking in

solid food while i'm running so in between aid stations basically how these ultras are set up is you run from like say you have 300 miles you run maybe 20 miles you come to an aid station and they'll have water and food there and when i'm there i can eat like a burger or burrito or whatever and drink water and then i have to run another 20 miles well if it's really hot

it's hard for me to then like eat solid food.
