I mean, you see me play for so long, and you know how I went about my business for a long time.
I didn't play this game to be a Hall of Famer.
I played this game to...
to help my team win and what the Braves did for so long to be so competitive for so many years.
And we built teams to win championships.
You know, obviously we didn't win that many championships, but we won our division every single year for 14 straight divisions, and that's what we built up.
We've always been training to win the game.

And I think you feel, you know, his wish came true now.

You know, I made it to the major league before him.
And I think I got to meet him, you know, later on in our career.
And he always came to me and said, Andrew, I admire you.
But I admire him more because how he went about his business and how he did what he did.
You know, through his career consistency, you know, wanted to be the best at his position, wanted to be the best to help the team win.
What do you do off the field?
You know, I admire so much.
