But it's not so much that a lot of Andrews are bad, it's just the bad Andrews are getting a lot of bad press, and rightly so.
But if you were to step into this council, then you would just see there are thousands of Andrews, and there's such a wide variety of Andrews.
It's a difficult time.
And as I say, it's hard to tell if it's correlation or causation.
But, you know, looking at stats, the name has plummeted in Scotland and even in America.
So in 2003, more than 22,000 babies were named Andrew.
But in 2024, that plummeted to 4,700.
So something's going on.
I'm not too sure.
I'll have to double check that.
I think maybe my parents just like the sound of it at the time, because that's something that happens as well, where contemporary names you get called after, then there's a big surge of certain names and then they come and go as trends.
Not as far as I'm aware.
Maybe I'll have to do a deep dive into my family tree and see if I've got a great, great Andrew somewhere.
I'm not too sure.
I think I probably wouldn't just because it seems too egotistical.
And also, after being in the group chat where everyone's called Andrew, I can't imagine living in a household where there's more than one.
