Should Rangers have said to Danny Rowe, are you sure about letting him go?
Because in retrospect, it now looks like a big mistake.
I feel like he can't handle the tactics from the other manager it's a common theme and I'll use George's expression I'm not sure anymore in other words up until recently they were sure but then Motherwell booby trapped Rangers season then came the Hearts game in Rangers first 33 league games they've lost twice Russell Martin was responsible for one of those defeats and Danny Rule for the other
And then they lost twice back to back in the space of a week.
And that has turned the whole Danny Rule situation on its head.
George says, I'm not sure anymore.
The real criticism of Danny Rule is one week old.
big big game and I'm so really looking forward to this and I think it'll be a spectacular game of football I'm not sure that Hearts will be as tremulous as my namesake Hugh is suggesting I think there will be a massive crowd they'll fill that stand behind the goal
And they just look to me like a team who are confident in themselves, have a belief that beating Hibs and then Rangers, I just believe that they think that, yeah, one or two good displays of character...
I'm leaning towards a hearts result I must say I thought the way they celebrated after the Hibs game and the way they celebrated after the Rangers game I thought they're celebrating like a team who have already won the league I just think that in their minds in their minds they know they're going to get it
I'm 100% confident tonight I think Hearts will get the victory tonight and hopefully sort of draw points tomorrow and that's it over Well that's a theory that's a permutation and I couldn't seriously dispute anything that you've said because Hearts have topped the division for so long and they're not so much a football team now as a movement there's a football team and a support team
And they're like a movement.
They were the same at Easter Road.
They were the same at Fir Park.
And they were the same at Celtic Park on the last day of the season.
I think if Hearts win tonight and Celtic lose tomorrow, forget it.
already potentially planning the celebration I thought you might go and see another movie instead it goes everywhere by the footballers I think you know I enjoyed making the podcast about Albert Kidd and the day that Hearts lost the league at Dundee 40 years ago
But I was at Paisley for Radio Clyde that day, 40 years ago, and I understand the drama of the occasion and the hurt that the Hearts fans felt.
I think if they do get the title, then it ends 40 years of suffering for those who are old enough to have remembered that day.
those who have been brought up in the Hearts history and know the importance of that day, they haven't won the league since 1966.
