You went each way.
Graham went for Adam Ida.
Tony went for Connor Salmon.
Adam Ida made 29 Premier League appearances with Norwich.
Connor Salmon, 32 with Wigan.
So it was 3-2 to Tony Watt.
And that was the end of the road for Graham.
and by the way just as well because Tony Watt got two more questions in what nationality is Kilmarnock's Joe Hugo you said Northern Irish he's English didn't get that right and then you were scrambling all over the place just to name any Scottish premierships I can only apologize to Graeme because I stunk the place out there
that's enough let's get back to James Tavenier well yeah despite that internal struggle in Tony's head he did win 3-2 so unlucky Graham it took you six years to call back in and unfortunately you didn't manage to win this time so we'll speak to you again in 2032 how does that sound I was going to say it'll probably take me another six years to phone back in again good stuff thank you you'll get you in the border then yeah yeah
no that'd be worse well thank you to Graham let's touch on that story that we heard just before the news shall we James Tavernier it was expected to be his final Ibrox bow tonight not in the starting line-up not in the squad reports that he's had a bit of a bust-up with Danny Rule after finding out he wasn't in the starting line-up tonight Billy is a Rangers fan I think you're going to the game tonight Billy how are you feeling about it?
I think that the report seemed to suggest, Billy, that he probably would have been on the bench, but after being told he wasn't in the starting line-up, he's decided not to be in the squad.
People say that there's no sentimentality in football, but do you just feel that with this fixture, nothing really hanging on it for Rangers, it being his final game at Ibrox, that he should have just been given that start?
He, I mean, if he was on the bench, presumably he still would have got onto the pitch.
He would have been given an ovation when he got on the pitch.
He then could have, you know, walked around afterwards and said goodbye to the supporters.
It seems from reports that that just wasn't enough for James Tavernier.
Is that really hard to understand if that was the case?
Thank you to Billy.
What about Ian in the city centre?
What are you making of it all, Ian?
