I think, I think, you know, obviously we look at what Kevin's done a lot in the space and I think he's been a pretty, pretty incredible.

So our lead investor, Kevin Ryan, basically has founded MongoDB, Gilt, Zola, Business Insider.

He's sort of done it in all of these totally different realms.

And so I think we learn a lot

by watching him.

But I think, you know, Reid Hoffman is a great example.

I think when you sort of look at these guys who've really thought about, in particular, you know, how do you create a really vibrant marketplace and these ecosystems where people are constantly engaging, constantly getting value?

I think those are the kind of guys we tend to look at the most.

I think our favorite online tool, I mean, we use Persist IQ a lot for drip marketing, which I think is a really effective tool.

We also just love Slack.

I think Slack is, you know, as good as it gets on the communication front.

And then Trello is really useful in terms of organizing our workflow.

No, I don't get eight hours of sleep right now, but I try to get six and a half.

And I think that's important.

I'd say I'm definitely single at the moment.

I think the biggest thing I would say is just like, I think especially at Ivy league schools or, you know, just good schools in general, there's so much anxiety around, you know, what are you going to do next?

And can I figure it out?

And I think so many people end up spending the first few years of their life sort of doing something that's not particularly meaningful and they're not necessarily learning as much as they could if they were doing something on their own.

So I think I just tell myself to go for it.
