Um, but it was a huge life change.

And I was also trying to monitor, am I going to miss gigging?

Yeah, that's true.

Yeah, and I wanted to really honestly monitor it and say, am I missing this?

And I didn't.

And it was great watching Netflix, right?

I never watched TV and stuff, so I could actually sit down with my wife, watch a movie, get up bright and early, wasn't grumpy, wasn't tired.

Yeah, you're onto it, man.

We discussed this.

So when it started taking off, my wife's just going, oh my God, I can't believe this.

So we made a decision that as soon as that, because after COVID I did go back to a bit of gigging, right?

but I'm just burning the candle at both ends now I'm teaching I'm gigging I'm huge something's got to give right so we said okay as soon as YouTube and all its totality all these different strands of income as soon as that overtakes gigging it doesn't make any sense anymore to kill yourself gigging every night you know

And it's going to burn out anyway.

You're going to become a terrible teacher because you're always tired.

Your YouTube videos are going to be crap because you don't have time to do them.

So they're just rushed.

And then the gig is you're grumpy at the gig because you don't want to be there.

Absolutely.

Yeah.

But I mean, just purely like logically, the opportunity online is completely different to time for money at a gig, right?
