get moving right some type of motion whether it might be the gym or a big walk in nature you will definitely come up with stuff have you ever been done a workout and not started thinking of things it's never happened for me i'm constantly thinking of stuff i should do that i should do that i could do that i could do that not to mention what you're absorbing you know audio wise
visually, like you're fired up, eh?
