So whether that's
financial, whether that's we feel like things are out of control with our work environment, our social environment, time factor is a big one, cause a lot of stress for people, and even things like instant gratification where we do something to make ourself feel better.
in the moment and then we think, why did we do that?
So it's real, it's everywhere.
But what it does is dramatic in terms of how we make decisions.
So we make poor decisions when we are highly stressed.
So we go into fight or flight mode.
So the blood goes from the front of our brain to the back of our brain.
So you cannot make great decisions when you are stressed.
We lose emotional regulation.
All right.
So we don't regulate our own emotions as well.
And we don't deal with other people's high emotions as well either.
I've been here and I've done that is you lose creativity when you are in a chronic state of stress, which is a big issue within club land.
Then things like anxiety goes up, we have fluctuations in our heartbeats.
When we are feeling good about ourselves, our heart rate is nice and even and balanced.
When we feel anxious or stressed,
Stress is actually...
something we need in our life, and it really helps us to adapt as human beings.
So stress is a good thing.
