Wash your mouth.
Yeah, well, thanks, Gaz.
It's a huge issue for everyone.
And so the key things about stress is we get into a highly stressed state when we don't feel like we've got key areas of our life that we're under control in.
So whether that's
uh financial whether that's we feel like things are out of control with our work environment our social environment uh time factor is a big one uh cause a lot of stress for people and even things like you know instant gratification when we do something to make ourself feel better
in the moment and then we think why did why did we do that um so it's real it's everywhere um but what it does is dramatic um in terms of how we make decisions so we make poor decisions when we are highly stressed all right so uh we go into fight or flight mode so the blood goes from the front of our brain to the back of our mind so you cannot make great decisions when you are stressed
We lose emotional regulation.
All right.
So we don't regulate our own emotions as well.
And we don't deal with other people's high emotions as well either.
And I think we've all been there and we all know that we lose creativity when we're in that state.
So from a coaching perspective, you know, in the AFL.
I've been here and I've done that.
You lose creativity when you are in a chronic state of stress, which is a big issue within Clubland.
Then things like anxiety goes up, we have fluctuations in our heartbeats.
When we are feeling good about ourselves, our heart rate is nice and even and balanced.
When we feel anxious or stressed,
It goes up and down.
Yeah, well, firstly, Yaz, you're right.
