And he talks about, like, well, actually, we're currently using AI to identify buildable lots and promote sustainable construction so that we can actually, like, reduce some of the cost of housing.
And all of these bills could, you know, undermine our ability to improve people's, like, yeah, just fucking go, like, literally jump off a bridge, man.
