Now, the same complaint that alleged that Bovino threw a canister without justification into this crowd also details an incident from the next day, October 23rd, where agents, without wearing identification as required by the order, shot a protester in the neck with a pepper ball from five feet away, and while driving away, pointed a pepper ball gun, and I'm going to read from the complaint, quote,
