Texas is suing Tylenol, specifically a pharmaceutical company, Johnson & Johnson, for marketing Tylenol to pregnant women and failing to disclose what Attorney General Ken Paxton calls, quote, a significantly increased risk of autism and other disorders, unquote.
They don't market it to pregnant women.
Like, generally... It says, if I'm not mistaken, it says on the bottles, don't take if you're nursing or you're pregnant.
