What Venezuela has done previously, and this is not by any means unique to Venezuela, but this is generally how many of these regimes that are kind of in the ambit of Venezuela, I'm talking about Iran and Russia here, have avoided sanctions and sanctioned entities so far is by using what are called ghost ships.
