I think that's good and should be rewarded for some reason.

Suffice to say, Andrew, I don't care who deserves a top pick.
Nobody deserves it.
However, I do believe that there are some teams that need a top pick more than others.
So I would like to present my ranking of the lottery teams that need
to move up the most.
I'm going to focus on the 10 teams outside of the play and currently go from 10 to 1.
Number 10, New Orleans slash Atlanta.
Atlanta's on an 11-game winning streak.
You got the sixth seed.
You're going to get a decent lottery pick no matter what.
They're probably going to fall in a range where all the point guards are, which I think is good.
Things are great in Atlanta.
They don't need to jump up.
You don't need it.
Number 9, Indiana.
They're likely going to be awesome regardless of what happens with this pick.
They've done the best tank job they can.
