If you get sanctioned, not only can you not leave Venezuela, you can't transfer money.

You can't own assets anywhere else.

Your dollars are worthless.

You don't want this smoke, right?

So it's Maduro's job to keep these people so happy with him that they don't betray him for America.

And it's the same everywhere.
