So he's part of the old guard that is there for, like, the material, like, improvement of players' lives, like, as far as they can take it without, you know, dealing with the real bounds of, like, we got to kind of get this done before the season or our worker base is going to be harmed.
Like, those guys don't really work there anymore.

These are ultimately young men who like they entered this union without any knowledge of like how unions work.
