It's gonna be five minutes quick interview.

So one cool thing I learned from Chad Holmes, he says, you got to reject people.

We clearly stated we're hiring only superstars.

Superstars only, nobody else.

First question is, why are you superstar?

People start saying, selling you on it.

I was this, I was that, I was top of my class.

And then you got to do something that's not easy.

You got to say, sorry, but I don't hear it.

And shut up.
