Amazing. So like, you know, scanning our minds, scanning our emotions from the day, you know, what are the most prevalent things that come up, cutting those cords, so to speak, letting them go. Giving forth. Forgiveness is giving forth.

I've, I've more recently been experiencing with this, um, just like sleep in general, man, from, from lucid dreams to the time before bed and, uh, Before bed, having a committed 20 to 30 minute practice, just to transition and get any change of the day, if anything was picked up or whatever, and just really reset the body, the nervous system.
