And I think it's to come from an empowered place of really just knowing what that effect is because... then you're able to really engage with acts of self-love that help you build towards that healthy spiral of health. Or maybe even if you partake in certain things that are gonna create dysbiosis in your gut, you're more mindful and it's more of a once a month instead of once a week thing. That's exactly right.
