But you're talking about, now I don't know about California's initiative, but I do know what's going on in Washington, is that some geniuses think that before you can, maybe I have it wrong here, register to vote, you need a passport or your birth certificate.

But millions of people don't.

I don't have my birth certificate.

God knows how I get it.

So these guys are not screwing around.

Look at Abigail Spanberger and Mikey Sherrill, who ran great campaigns in races that should have been structurally difficult.

And they both won by double digits.
