I'm real proud of you, but we got a lot of work to do.
Let's work on this and this and this.
That's how you communicate congratulations to people who do well in your organization.
It's not, yeah.
And are there times where you can get a little more excited than others?
For sure.
Are there times where you probably poured it on a little too much?
Yeah.
But be aware of those times and then follow it back up, you know, a day or two later and say, hey,
